We recently updated one of our websites to 7.9.1 for PHP but now the admin portal won't load.
But we updated another website to PHP 7.9.1 but that admin portal loads.

We upload our website files to the Hostek file manager.

For the admin portal on the website that doesn't load Im getting an internal server error. Can you give me ideas of different ways I can debug on your system?

I would imagine that the problem is that not all the files for the updater were uploaded correctly. But can you find out what the details of this internal server error are from the error logs and that may help figure this out.

What file do you have the error logs in?

Hi Paul, the server logs are part of your server and not really part of the cart.
If you do not see them in your hosting control panel, perhaps ask your host how to locate them. or ask them if they can show you that error.
