It seems the software deleted orders all on their own.
These were orders I told buyers to enter with bogus credit card information so I'd have the order data and product and would manually enter shipping then process the order.
This is what I had to do with the UPS shipping BS which WILL lead me to dumping ECT and going elsewhere.
Meanwhile, I cannot get to that data because it no longer exist. So, what is it in your most recent update that caused more than a dozen orders to delete?!?!

Hi Ken, the only way (I can think of) orders will remove themselves, is if they are in unauthorized status and even then, they will not delete unless you have set a time period in Admin>Main settings>Order Management>Delete after
Check to see what you have set there. Running an update would not randomly delete orders from your database. Perhaps you had these orders sitting in unauthorized status.
Hi Ken, sorry to hear of this. If you set "Would you like to delete uncompleted orders?" to "never" here - Admin>Main settings>Order Management>Delete after No orders should be auto deleted ever. However, that does not stop another person who might have access to your admin, from deleting orders.
