I started trying to connect a Paypal account and, stepping through the process of turning it into a business account, it was asking all kinds of questions about ownership including verifying identities. We were able to do that for one of the two people involved but not for the second one. They cannot remove him apparently from the account. The business account has since been set up but, when I try to connect it, it brings me straight to the point where it won't let me continue without verification of this particular individual. It appears we are stuck. Do we need to set up a totally new account with a different provider or is there a way to reset the process so I can just login and connect to what is now a business account?

I think this is really a question for PayPal and I have to say if you contact their support they are normally pretty helpful. Have you done that?
