I've just updated my store to the latest updates, but we still odn't have the paypal pay in 3 button? How can we get this in the store, or when will you bring it in? I asked several years ago and you said it wasn't available yet.

Is that the same as PayPal Pay Later? This has been part of PayPal Checkout (which all stores should be using now) for quite a long time.

Hi Vince, I must be doing something wrong, on my shopping cart page I have 2 options "Checkout" and "Pay with Paypal" no pay in 3 with paypal, what am I missing? Paypal has been emailing me saying this should be available to me. Thank you.

If you go to the ECT Admin -> Payment Providers page then click on "Settings" for google checkout. Then click on Pay Later Messaging to appear on the cart page (and wherever else you want it). I think this is what they mean.
