Hi All,
I've had a few clients ask if they can offer a once only percentage discount to new customers. I think this would be a great feature to add.

Based on the assumption they'll be a previous order check by their email address or zip/post code or even both, I understand it can and will be abused, but most of my clients have expressed no concerns over that. They're quite happy to take the sale.

Any thoughts on this anybody?

I was thinking a once only automatic percentage discount which can be set to whatever you wish for every new customer, so if they haven't purchased before they'll get a once only discount on their very first purchase.

But if anybody has any further suggestions please post
