hello have completed the new upgrade twice
but i still have the same issue i cannot upload and create a new product
getting this message
Error uploading image: 200
70 / Permission denied

It may be that you need to give the folder write permissions on the server.

I would check that..

Hi, no this would have to do with your hosting plan.
Who do you host your site with?
Can you ask them to set write permissions on the folder where your product images upload to?

i have messaged them they keep asking how they can repeat the fault
but not able to show them

is this to do with the program as all i am trying to do is add and image stored on my hardrive into the shopping cart

Hi Ian,
It's just a matter of setting the correct permissions on the prodimages directory. You should be able to do this from your hosting control panel. If you're not too sure how to do this ask your host do do it and show them the error message "Error uploading image: 200
70 / Permission denied

D:\Inetpub\vhosts\curiosity-corner.com\httpdocs\prodimages\s Acer-profile-CB265382A.jpg"

Is this the name of your image? "s Acer-profile-CB265382A.jpg" I would rename that to "Acer-profile-CB265382A.jpg" and try again
