Provide an Ecommercee Templates recommended Cloudflare page cache setup.

I.E which pages to safely cache and most importantly which pages not to cache.

Also any apache lib extensions required.

For a dynamic website I really wouldn't cache any of the .php pages at all though you could cache css / js files.
You just need the standard Apache extensions.
