Hi,
Yesterday, orders through Auth.Net from customers seem to come up as unauthorized despite them processing them on their end. We then got reports that the shopping cart would timeout after they hit pay. In Auth.Net, the orders seem to have processed correctly and we can capture them through the portal. But on the order page of the shopping cart, we have to manually input the transaction ID and auth code to have it look correct on the order page and allow us to have the capture payment button.
This fixed itself earlier today but now is occurring again. We can't tell if this is a website issue, or if Auth.Net is having issues with their web api. I did contact them, and they claim nothing is wrong on their end.
Is there potentially some bug with the website API?
