A customer contacted me yesterday because she was having trouble checking out and lost her cart. I sent her the Abandoned Cart email from my order admin page, but the link she got said the page wasn't found. She copied me on the email she received and the link was as follows:

https://www.decorativepaintingstore.com/cart.php?acartid=58415&acarthash=70721651a7d29e6b33686570f4c1fb40

But my understanding was a 3-4 years ago when my cart was adapted to the WP version, page links had the .php removed so instead the link should read:

https://www.decorativepaintingstore.com/cart?acartid=58415&acarthash=70721651a7d29e6b33686570f4c1fb40

I thought maybe I was using Recart Pro because I have those files on my site, but I think that was disabled when the move to WP occurred.
How do I fix the link the Abandoned Cart function is including in the email?

Also is there a way to copy admin on the Abandoned Cart emails?

Hi Sharon
I've made an entry in your includes.php file which should help with this. Can you please give it a test and let me know if it's ok?

Thanks Vince. I created an abandoned order, then sent the email, and the cart link is now working!

Can I ask specifically what was changed in the includes.php? I skimmed through it, but didn't see anything that seem related to Abandoned Carts.

I still have some Recart-Pro text in my includes.php file. Can I delete that?

Update on separate subject, I'm still getting random 503 errors in my Store Admin. I'm just refreshing the page as needed when they occur.

Hi Sharon
Sure, it's the line...

$GLOBALS['extension']='/';

The problem is that the URL Structure is set in the WordPress admin but that can't communicate it to the ECT Admin backend so it needs to be set there too. Sorry I missed it earlier.
