When I logged in to the admin today, gift certificates, partners, ratings etc. All say UNDEFINED. I emptied my cache and did a forced refresh but it remained the same. Running v. 7.8.9. Do I need to update or is something wrong? Orders today are all incomplete.

Client site so before I contact them, I thought I'd ask.

Just did a test order and getting this error.
Error: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

There appears to be more than just me that had this issue.

I got this from Servelink - who are wonderful, as always.

It looks like the file vsadmin/ajaxservice.php is being flagged as containing malware (identified as SMW-INJ-CLOUDAV-php.dropper.file-PHPTRP2-4) and sanitized.

There is an issue which may or may not be related. But I am having trouble uploading just two of the files from the updater and I only seem to have the problem on ServeLink windows and linux servers. But, ServeLink are being very helpful as always but don't seem to have the same issue. So is anyone in a position to do a test? Just copy the file...
vsadmin/assets/ectadmin.js
...to the root of your site and see if it is a non-zero size. Don't copy it to the actual directory, just to the root of your site.

I think I did it and it's showing filesize of 8,132.

Ok, thanks for that LadyM and I tried on your site and I can also copy the file there no problem. So that just makes things stranger.
