I just created a new business email account via Google Workspace. I now need to update the email settings in my Admin so my customers will receive the Order Received, Order Status Updated emails. I've tried a few things like changing the SMTP Server to SMTP.GOOGLE.COM but that didn't work. I also tried using SMTP.GMAIL.COM but that didn't work either.

At this time my customer's aren't receiving store emails so I need to get this right as quickly as I can. Any suggestions?

Your username will be your account email but the password is now an App Password which is a 16 letter code. To find the steps to get this I plugged this into Google...

how do you get your Google App Password for GMail

Thank you for the info! I actually gave up on Google Workspace. I had entered all of the information that you provided, which is the same thing Google AI had provided, but it just didn't work. I was also unable to reach anyone at Google to assist. I ended up posting in the Google Community forum, but was just instructed to contact Google Workspace support (which never did respond). There were also several other issues with Google Workspace. You would think that something as simple as an email account would be simple, but of course I unwittingly chose the most complex one out there.
