At times there are products that have special notes like "Allow 2-3 weeks lead time" or "Choking Hazard" or "Product Non Returnable" or whatever might be very important for the customer to know to prevent problems.

These notes/warnings can easily be placed in the product.php/asp or proddetail.php/asp pages, but people do not always thoroughly read what is there and as it does not appear on the cart page or on the receipt, can easily say "I was not aware of that when I placed my order."

It would be nice if there was a field in the product admin, like "Checkout Notices", where you could enter such information and it would be included in the cart and on the receipt just like the product name.
