I am running the update on ASP windows sert
I have copied the folder to my root
and cannot install
Tyring to update to version 8

You would want to copy all the files to the root of the site, not the ecommplusupdate_v8.0.0_ folder
This means that the URL you would want for the updatestore.asp script would be this...
https://crystal-wizard.com/updatestore.asp
And the contents of the vsadmin directory should overwrite what you have in the vsadmin directory here...
https://crystal-wizard.com/vsadmin/
Likewise with the css and js directories.
