I checked both includes and the correct parameter is there but not auto generating the shipping address in the orders admin.

Hi, this will not show until the order is submitted through the website - or you view an incomplete order in your admin. It will not be obvious to the customer this is happening, so have you tried a test order in your cart and then checked the admin?

I am looking at the orders in the admin and the orders only show Billing Details. No shipping details.

Hi, check your includes in the vsadmin folder to be 100% sure it has the line
$autobillingtoshipping=TRUE;
and has been uploaded to the server.
Check the date on the server to be sure the file was transferred.
I use this feature on my .asp site for may years.
If you are logged into an account on your website - log out and back in just to be safe.
