A problem with Amazon Payments not accepting the USA as a destination country has been fixed.

A problem has been fixed with the shipping estimator where rates would not be returned where a shipping state was not supplied has been fixed.

A problem has been fixed with the tax calculations on the cart totals page not taking discounts into account.

If a minimum purchase amount was used the it was previously impossible to create a new account until the minimum was met and this has now been fixed.

Manufacturers can now be sorted alphabetically in admin.

An issue with disabled sections has been correct in the product detail page.
