Tracking Number in CSV file

Posted - 11/20/2017 : 04:24:21 Hi, I'm setting up a mail merge and I need name, address and tracking number to make this work. I assumed Tracking Numbers would be included in the Dumped CSV file but I can't see them. Am I missing something but I can't see an entry for this? Many thanks, Steve
Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 11/20/2017 : 04:53:01 Hi Steve The tracking number isn't included in the csv file - I can't remember it coming up before as a problem as it's something you'd usually associate with the customer rather than the admin side of things. Posted - 11/20/2017 : 05:38:35 Hi Andy, Would it be something that would be straightforward to add to the CSV download? The reason I need this is because Royal Mail have a service called "Drop & Go" which requires a manifest to be completed. The manifest requires Name, Address and Barcode. We have a supply or Royal Mail tracking barcodes for tracked delivery for 1st 2nd class etc, which we apply to packages before handing them to the Royal Mail. I have a mail merge document to prepopulate all this but unfortunately have no access to the tracking number... Many thanks, Steve Edited by - Steved on 11/20/2017 05:57:17

And as it's pretty straightforward, please can we have the Tracking Number included in csv downloads in the next round of updaters? It really does make completing a Royal Mail manifest so much easier (particularly with Christmas post!). Thanks, Steve
