Hi,

I have the gift wrap option available so when you get to the cart and click on it you get taken to the page to select it and enter a gift message.

But I can’t seem to enter any message using an Ipad...

I’ve tried this in Safari and chrome so far but neither work.

Actually, it doesn't work on a desktop or Android either.

Hi Sinbad,

Sorry - my mistake. It doesn't become active until you confirm selection from the drop down box.

It is a bit odd that you have to select yes or no when you've already clicked to have gift wrap.
I suppose the option is there so if you buy several products you can choose which you need gift wrap for.

Is it possible to get it to default to "Yes" ?

Hi Andy,

Yes I thought that would probably be the case as I imagine that may cause every product to have gift wrap.

No matter though as I think I’ll change the layout so the drop down selection is first and so more obvious. I may need your help with the css later but I’ll give it a go first.
