Paypal and Authorize.net both capture customer names. Braintree said ,"In order for you to see your customers name in the Braintree Control Panel, your integration will need to pass this as a parameter in your API call. I would recommend you or your developers review the options available with our API calls and adjusting your integration to pass this in. "

Hi

I don't have a Braintree account to hand but what order information is shown, do you get addresses and order details but with no name?

Apart from the amount, absolutely nothing is being passed to Braintree which is pretty scary.

Yes. The only thing showing up is the amount, date and the BrainTree Auth number. No name or Street Address.

Another issue with Braintree...
After the transaction the customer does not get taken to a Thank You page. It just stays open.
