I just figured it out. You can NOT put a minimum in hidden products that generate with drop down in the Main visible product.

So if you have 3 sizes with 3 different minimums, you have to separate the product as it won't work from the main visible product entry.

So there you go.. Now I see why I felt like I was going crazy!!

Thanks for your help. Maybe this is a consideration for future updates.

Example: If you have 1,000 white t-shirts and 10 blue.. you might want people to buy white at a minimum qty and blue individually.. But still choose the color from one drop down in a main product entry that's visible.
