Marshall Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1875 Posts	Posted - 07/20/2018 : 08:42:44 Anyone know why the error message "invalid billing address" would appear, and please do not state the obvious. My client has been trying to register for a while now and keeps getting the same error. Also getting this error when attempting to calculate shipping: There seems to be a problem connecting to the shipping rates server. Do you have an invoice from FedEx that you could check the address against? Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

I wouldn't necessarily trust that to be the billing address they have. Fedex is really a mess with billing and related matters. The service is good, but I think it's quite possible that they have a different address than what you see on their website. Take a look at an invoice to be 100% sure.
