When Ask a Question is used, the email that comes does not show the customers email address? How do you get this to display. The from email is from the store email.
Thanks in Advance

That looks like the inbound email, can you show what happens when you click reply? The "to" field should be populated with the customers address, even though you do not see it on the inbound email.

What i showed is a copy and paste of a reply. The email address that shows in the TO field is the same as the store email address.

I checked the site and looked for a product that has ask a question and couldn't find one - can you post a link to one and I will try the form? You can also just try any email, it's doesn't have to be valid, so try example@anything.comI also see where others had problems with outlook ignoring reply to headers https://www.google.com/search?q=Outlook+ignoring+reply+to+header

I turned it off cause it's not working. I used a yahoo.com email for the question and you see the results in the previous post.
Thanks

Hi, that feature has worked fine for many years. The reply-to address should show when you click reply, but I expect for some reason your email client is ignoring the reply-to headers. If you are unable to troubleshoot your email client, you might try a different one. Thunderbird is a great (free) desktop email client and I can confirm that reply-to headers work fine there.
