I know my support is limited so I am asking the question here. We bought an upgrade a couple of years ago. Daniel has altered and changed a bundle of stuff and buying an upgrade means those changes need to be made again each time.

So first questions

How have the upgrades in the last two years changed
Is there a reason we need to be making regular upgrades as there only seems to be very minor changes each time and if we have customized the upgrades to suit our requirements that is an expensive exercise

Daniel has been working with us however is very busy is there another developer out there who can customize the software for us.

How do I mass delete orders, get them out of the system completely?

Hi Lee-Anne

I'm not really sure the improvements are minor since you last updated, there's a list of the major new features at https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/updater-history.asp

This post from Vince may also help https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=89323

You can set a date range in the admin orders page and change the status to Deleted and then once all done click Purge Deleted.

Is there a quick way to change all orders in the list from shipped to deleted?

Sorry, replying to my own question. I figured it out.

After selecting check all on the left, then just hold down Ctrl key when you change the bottom order to delete option, it will change all to delete, then select update.

Pull up the list of orders.
Hold down your control key on your keyboard (ctrl)
Change the status on one of the orders.
All other orders showing on the screen will also change like magic.
Scroll down and click update to finish.

Thanks Dave, yes I had also just figured that one out. Unfortunately not very clear in the options.
