Authorize.net have been pushing through some updates to remove outdated hashing methods and this was addressed in the v7.0.3 updater so that the hashing methods used will be supported for some time. This updater now integrates the new API's, (Authorize.net API as a replacement for the Authorize.net AIM integration method, and Accept Hosted as a replacement for the Authorize.net SIM integration method), to ensure that your integration is supported for years to come. As with SIM / Accept Hosted the transaction takes place on the Authorize.net server this now has a smarter, more modern layout.

Displaying products on the home page is a popular way to show off your best products, or those that you want to really stand out for one reason or another. Now you can display selected categories which you choose in the admin categories page to display on the home page. The features available in the Database Utility are getting more and more extensive and we've added a new one now, the ability to detect images in your product images directory that are not being referenced. As well as saving you disk space, this can also throw light on problems where image names are misspelt. The feature also has the ability to automatically delete unreferenced images though this is under control of a parameter for security reasons. More details about the use of this feature here...

We've released a Hotfix today to resolve the following issues.

For those using Authorize.net with the new v7.0 update we've release a Hotfix to address a problem where the customer's IP address was not being passed on to the payment processor. This means that instead of using the customer's IP address, the server address was being used instead. Fraud filters based on the IP would then stop payments from processing because of IP velocity filters.
