Shipstation gives a discount for shipping charges. How do we make it so Ecommerce shows and charges the lower Shipstation rate?

On the top of the picture is the cost by shipstation

On the bottom is the estimate by USPS, which is the rate the customer is being charged.

I don't think the discount in ship station is that much. There may be another explanation, such as the envelope versus a package.
In any case, you can apply a discount to postal services, but it's across the board and would not just apply to first class mail only (unless that is the only USPS service you offer )

Dave I checked Priority mail and there is only a .33 cents. Ill check whats going on.
