I have a shop where I used USPS as my default shipping method. This is new for me as any other store I've set up uses UPS or FedEx so I will say the error is probably on my end.

When I enter the tracking number on www.usps.com, full tracking information shows up.

When I enter the tracking number on my tracking.asp page, I get the following error:

The tracking system returned the following error : XML Syntax Error: Please check the XML request to see if it can be parsed.(B)

Any ideas what I missed?

I just tried this tracking number using the ASP and PHP version of the cart and I don't get a problem. Problems are fixed from time to time with the tracking system when the shippers make changes, so could it be that the site just needs updating?

I updated to the latest version of the store but I'm still getting the error message.

Not that you could tell from the error message, but I believe it's related to missing USPS credentials in the admin main settings page. Run over the instructions again and make sure you have a valid USPS shipping rates API user name in there and have been granted access to the production shipping rate server.
