I recently switched to product names for urls.

But Ive found products with different prod ids, and the same product name are having issues with related items.

Example

https://www.offshoreelectrics.com/proddetail.php?prod=Servo+tester

the item number is dby-250, the related item is dby-250-test. If you click the related item it brings up dby-250. Can I do something about this besides rename everything with the same product name?

Yes, everything will need a unique product name if you want to use that for the URL's. The system will try to get a product called "Servo tester" from the DB and will just return the first one it finds.

Can you run SQL scripts in phpMyAdmin?
If so something like...
SELECT pname,count(*) as tcnt FROM products group by pname HAVING tcnt>1

Or dump the product inventory as a csv from the admin and send it over to me, I'll mark up the duplicates for you and send you back the file.
