Hi all,

I had a customer contact me to let me know he was trying to leave a review on one of our products but couldn't.

He was getting an error message that said "You have reached your daily posting limit".

Now I'm not sure how many times he tried this but is there a setting somewhere to change this value?

** UPDATE: I just tried leaving my own test review and got the same error message.

"I'm sorry but you have reached your daily posting limit."

I only tried this once. Feel free to try it yourself.

I am not 100% sure, but I don't think there is a limit unless you have that in your includes.
In any case, check for this $dailyratinglimit=10;

Can you have a look in the IP blocking admin page and see if your IP has ended up there. That would cause the "Daily Limit" message too.

Hi Vince,

I've tried this on different computers with different IP addresses and still get the same error message.

No IP blocking is detected.

Steve from the UK tried it and got the same error.

As a side note: I was able to leave a product review from the Admin side with no problems.
