After upgrade shopping cart not working

I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions here: https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=107040 But my cart is not working. There is no cart formatting and a customer enter any information. What did I do wrong? https://www.atticpaper.com
