Can you help with my free flat rate shipping coupon, for minimum orders of $50.00? The code gets entered with the popup and is noted as applied on page 1+2, but not the 3 page of the cart. Both URLs in admin are https://www. I also removed "$pathtossl" from the includes page. Please advise other areas to check. The coupon does show as applied, but the shipping dollars are not removed from the initial order on any of the 3 cart pages when checking out

Free shipping must also be defined to the locations you want to (offer free) ship to (countries and states) and the shipping service you want it to apply to.
That is the FSA settings there.
Did you go though that?

Is there a way to offer the free shipping on only orders that use a coupon? We are looking to offer free shipping locally with a coupon and minimum order, not nationally. We’d like to keep our website shipping in the US with weight based shipping via US Post Office.

Sure, you can set it up as an automatic discount, or with the use of a code.
For it to work though, you at least need to assign it (FSA) your state and country, and the service you want it to apply to.

I expect you will only distribute the code in your local area.
