This is a bug fix release for the v7.1 "Stability" release.

If a shipping method which was available for free shipping was not available, then in some cases it could still be used for the "amount till free shipping available" calculation.

In some cases the list price was not being displayed on product pages even if it was lower than the actual price, except where product options were present, and it now displays correctly.

When a hacker tries to cause problems in the cart by adding extremely large numbers of products this can now be detected and the hacker automatically blocked. However the way this order was created meant that it could be recreated again and again leading to multiple orders in the admin. While not necessarily a security problem this is an important issue to fix.

An error has been fixed for the SquareUp payment processor when using a Microsoft Access database.

Page numbering now works correctly in the admin categories page as previously the second page would display all categories.

There is a further change necessary for PHP 7.4 while retaining compatibility for all previous versions.

When calculating shipping in the admin orders page, if a second country was enabled with the same country code, (for instance both the UK and Scotland using the GB country code) then the second country code could be used instead meaning that the postal zone assignments would not be correct, and this has now been rectified.

Secondary admin login permissions can now be set for the admin database utility and for product attributes (which will be the same as for product categories).

If an IP address is already in the IP Blocking table then it is not added again. Also, repeated entries of an IP address are removed in the admin IP blocking page.

The PHP Mailer version has been updated.

There is a fix for the WordPress template integrations which could result in an error if MOD_ENV were not enabled.

Attempts to send illegal page numbers to the search page will now result in an HTTP 400 Bad Request rather than producing ann HTTP 500 error page.

A formatting problem has been fixed in the Ratings admin page.

The admin page bar styling was missing in some cases making it difficult to navigate across admin pages where more than one page or results was displayed.

The admin dashboard "since" date now displays correctly, and you can correctly set back to 30 days where previously this did nothing.

We've released a Hotfix today to resolve the following issues.

Please note that these hotfixes have been applied to both the v7.1 stability and v7.2 advanced releases.

When adding an IP address to the IP Blocking admin page, this could in some circumstances cause other unrelated IP addresses to also be blocked and this has now been fixed. This is a very important bug and we recommend updating as soon as possible.

In the admin main settings page when setting alternate rate shipping carriers, if the carriers used for international are not the same as for domestic then this could cause shipping carriers to be enabled / disabled randomly. This bug only affects the PHP version.
