Hi All,

I am testing a demo account with Sagepay/Opayo, with Demo account enabled, I am getting this error:

Warning: openssl_encrypt(): IV passed is only 10 bytes long, cipher expects an IV of precisely 16 bytes, padding with \0 in /homepages/38/d680931150/htdocs/(mywebsitefoldername)/vsadmin/inc/inccart.php on line 3848

?

Any ideas please?

Hi Jason
Can you double check the details you are entering for the Encryption Password in the Admin Payment Providers page? This should be 16 characters long and if it is less will give this error.

Can anyone assist with helping me customize the 3rd party Merchant page to look similar to our site page on SagePay (Now Opayo) ?

Hi Jason
I'm not really sure what it is you are trying to do. Can you give more details?

Hi Vince,

The ECT works fine with the Opayo payment provider, however the final page where the customer enters card details on the Opayo servers, doesn't look anything like the ECT page, they have advised that a developer can customize their page to look more like mine, or the other option is an iframe can be placed on the ECT page, so it looks like the customer is entering the card details on the ECT page but they arent, but its through the iframe. So the choices for a seamless look for the customer is to enter the card details on opayo but with the Opayo page looking like min, or an iframe placed onto an ECT page.
