Can we offer a subscription for reoccurring purchases. Customer check outs ad selects subscription send me two items every month and receives a lower price. Can something like this be done?

Hi, there is no built in feature for that.
Some payment processors may have a mechanism to auto bill a customer at regular intervals, but you would need to manually enter the orders into the admin if you want to track them in the store.
Perhaps one of the developers can come up with something.
