To those eCommerce folks using FedEx ....... If you are not aware of the FEDEX one rate® option, contact your FedEx rep. The pricing should be the same as USPS priority envelopes. Our pricing is $7.95 for the envelope and $9.50 for the large Pak. This is a guaranteed 2-day express shipment.
I only wish this can be integrated into our eCommerce website shipping. The ground shipping works beautifully and auto generates the correct FedEx pricing for the customer. Customers ordering product that fit into the FedEx envelope/pak are charged more on my website and many times, I am spending time refunding my customers.

We use the FedEx one rate for 2nd day air in the small and medium size boxes.
For any not aware, Fedex will send you the boxes free.
You can also select Saturday delivery at no extra charge.

Both UPS and FedEx are delivering 7 days a week now and all of this is generally good for merchants as the shipping companies compete.
Both of these companies are looking to fend off advancements by Amazon with talk of them one day offering shipping services to non Amazon sellers.

So, how do I get the website to generate the one rate price for an envelope?
I activated the 2nd day shipping, but it did not generate the one rate pricing. ???

UPDATE-

I contacted my FedEx representative. He is starting a case to be elevated to technical support.
It's an integration issue and I should be called in 24-48 hours to see if there is a FedEx solution.
I hope there is ....will make my office work a little less busy.
