Hi - I'm hoping to resolve two issues for a client.

1) We're having loads of customers call saying that cannot get to the payment page. They can enter their info but once they click submit, the payment page is just blank. We've narrowed it down to them all using an iPhone or iPad. I've yet to be able to reproduce the issue (I don't have access to one of the devices yet). I have upgraded to the software to 7.2.6 so maybe that alone has fixed the issue.
2) Since updating the software, the cart page looks great in the Brave browser. However, in Chrome and Firefox the checkbox for them to agree to the Terms and Conditions is way off to the side and hard to access. Thoughts on how to fix this?

Often missed when applying the updates, is the upload of the ectcart.css and ectcart.js files.
Can you check to be sure have done that and they are properly linked in all of the store pages?

Discussed in this thread - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=107040

Thanks,
David

Ok, so it may be that you have some styling in place to adjust the layout, for previous versions.
Recent updates have improved the cart page layout and perhaps some old styling you had in place needs to be removed.

I can check the page if you want to send a link, or message me one.

You can also see where that is coming from by right clicking in your browser and click "inspect" and you should see why that is off there.

Thanks,
David

I'm no expert here but I did notice you have the following css and js references listed twice. The second section is listed just before your closing </head.

Maybe try removing the this second set and see what that does.

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/style.css">
<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/ectcart.js"></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/ectcart.css">
</head>

The first reference a ways above the second looks like this:

<link href="/css/style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all">
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style2.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="ectstyle.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/ectcart.css"/>
<script src="/js/ectcart.js"></script>

There are a couple of problems here I think and probably it would be easier if I just go in and fix them. If that's ok with you, please send the site FTP login to my email vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com
