I am having a problem with larger items. When you go to the shopping cart it displays "There are no methods available for your shipping destination." It does seem to be related to product dimensions because it is only happening on items with larger dimensions. If I remove the product dimensions, it seems to work fine after that. However, I need to have the product dimensions to calculate the proper shipping fees for express shipping. Any suggestions?
32x24x16 using FedEx. The odd thing is if I change the values for zip code and state in the shipping estimator, then update the shipping estimator the error goes away
Ok, so I know that the message "There are no methods available for your shipping destination" will show when an invalid zip code is used with UPS and FedEx rates. Is that the case here?
It only does it on items with larger dimensions. It does not do it on all products. Is there a way to change the zip code in the shipping estimator so there is not default zip code? In fact, on some products you can have a mismatched zip code and state, and there is not an error message at all.
i set up royal mail on my weight-based shipping but all my weights are in grams and royal mail is not taking into consideration if the parcel is a large letter or small parcel , can I revert back and not use the royal mail auto system ?
Hi Jamie The Royal Mail setup system will populate the database with the Royal mail rates so if you had weight based rates set up before, they will be overwritten now. But is it possible to maybe just update the weights for your products?
