Where can I change the email receipt header text and remove Loyalty Points: from the receipt?

In the Admin
STORE ADMIN > email messages > Receipt Headers / Footers

For the loyalty points remove any references from your vsadmin/includes.php

I found these on the includes.php and removed them.
$loyaltypoints=100;
$loyaltypointvalue=0.0001;

Hello Marshall,
I went to the page and on it is:

Email Message Admin: receiptheaders

Replacement Fields: %messagebody% %reviewlinks% %ordername% %orderdate%

and the box below is empty. However the receipts have text on them that I would like to change or remove completely. How can I do that?
