Hello All,

I have a weird issue. I set up a new cart on an openSUSE 15.X PH{ 7.4.? and MariaDB 10.5.#.

When I log in, I get the page that congratulates me for the great job I did and then returns to the log in screen. No matter how many times I successfully enter the credentials, it loops back to the log in screen.

I then clicked the save password option. the one you aren't supposed to click unless on a secure computer. At that point, it works! I supply credentials and log right in.

Not optimal. Any ideas?

The first thing I would look at is session variables. There are some details about how to test the PHP session variable here...

But also there is caching which can make it seem like the login doesn't work as you are always presented with the same "cached" page again. To check that I would have a look at the headers for one of the regular store pages here...

Thanks for ideas. I will check them out later today. As for the bounced email, that is an old account from a version I bought years ago. Different project. No longer have that email.
