SharpLL Starting Member USA 14 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 03/29/2022 : 09:18:52 Hi Vince, I am trying to relate a product and it's not displaying on my website. They show related in the shopping cart. They worked before the last update. Also, none of my current related products are showing. Not sure where to look for the display settings. Can you help me? If so you need the [ect_crosssell] shortcode (as you are using the wordpress version) and I've added that for you now. If you wanted something different please let me know. Can that code be used for Related Products on the 'details' page only for products? For example, I would like a Surface product to be related to a Printing Tutorial. They were displaying before the update and they are marked as being related, but not showing on the actual detail page on my website. I hope I'm making sense. Thanks, Vince! Linda L Sharp

Normally if you wanted related products on the detail page they would go in the Spry Tabs section but I don't believe you are using Spry Tabs. I'm not sure if I was using Spry Tabs or not, but if you don't see them, I guess not. I just know the related products showed before the update right below the Buy Button. Vince Administrator 42632 Posts	Posted - 03/31/2022 : 10:30:03 Hi Linda I don't think you were using Spry Tabs come to think of it as the product description is already used in a position that would not work for Spry Tabs. But what I've done is add the Cross Sell shortcode to the Product Detail page. Now the related items appear below the Social Media buttons. Is that ok for you?
