Hi,

I ran the update to version 7.4.8 this morning after backing up my files and I have checked each file to ensure they reference the ectcart.js / ectcart.css files, but the error persists. This is what exists in the header on each file and the locations match on my site from what I can see:

If I try other products, I get the same error.

Can you force a page refresh ctrl+F5 or clear your browser cache and try again?

I had already tried this, I have tried it again, and still got this message,

I have also tried on my mobile phone (I installed a new browser by chance this morning) and the same error occurs.

My husband tested on his devices; his iPad gives the same error, but his Android phone worked fine...

Could this be a hosting issue re: cache? Are you able to replicate it on another device / incognito?

Have you tried uploading the updater files once more to make sure they all make it to the server?
Do ensure the vsadmin/inc/inccart.php makes it fully

thank you my IT person has just manually copied and pasted every single file and manually clicked "overwrite" to every single one. And this has made it work.

there is only one problem left however, once in checkout if you choose "Checkout with paypal express" instead of the blue checkout button, it takes you to the paypal home login screen or "Sorry this page does not exist" ( https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/referral/paypal-payments-pro?partner_id=39HT54MCDMV8E ) not the integrated paypal purchase screen that it should do.

If you follow the blue checkout button and THEN choose paypal it appears to work?

It sounds like you may just not have set up the PayPal Express credentials. Can you have a look at this page and see if it helps...

I am interested in "paypal credit" button, but when I go to the paypal website to read up about the pro's and cons to me as a business all i can see is their "pay in 3" is this the same thing?

I've done a bit more research, looks like paypal credit is for US customers and pay in 3 is offered automatically when customers choose to pay with paypal from the shop in the paypal interface. So i don't need to do anything...
