 States in Client Login that do not exist

Can I get this clarified please and what should I do?

I select a state and hit submit but I'm not sure what this does as it just comes back to the same screen.

There are states in the client login table that do not now exist. These need to be mapped to actual states.

You should get to see what the offending state is, then the drop down list of states so that you can select what it should really have been. This is usually when state names were misspelled or changed slightly so it's normally obvious what they should be. Then when you click update that erroneous state should clear. Is that not happening?

Hi Vince,

What I see in the drop down of "Please Select..." is ALL the states with the State name spelled out correctly in full.

I've made some changes to the client login admin page on your site that handles the case of blank state names better. Somehow these addresses have been created without a state name at all, and now the City and Zip Code is displayed so that you can see which these are and update them more easily.

That made it way easier to find and correct those missing states. Thank you

The missing ones were from about 8-10 years ago. Not sure how that happened.

Hi Vince,

I was getting things crossed also.

No... it's not on the thanks.php page

I was referencing the Review Request email that is sent out from the admin section.

It would be nice to have this same feature to help eliminate confusion.

Even better could be the Product Name with the link AND maybe the product picture.

Just my thoughts.
