If someone uses a gift certificate to "pay" for the purchase. The status will show as "undefined".

I'm also getting this when someone checks out using the "Money Order" option for checkout. Im not sure when this started happening but these used to work.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Have you by any chance got the parameter $emailorderstatus set in your includes.php file to an order status that does not exist?

Yes Vince, it was
$emailorderstatus=14;

If I set it to 3 it "authorizes" the order. But we don't want to ship this type of order. Id like the status to say "Money Order". It used to work. But some things changed in my settings.

Go to the ECT Admin -> Orders Admin -> Order Status page and make sure there is text there for the status ID 14

14 is listed as "custom". When I open it it has a "credit card" in the text and is not enabled.

Is there a way to make the money order show as a status of money order? So the packing people know this?

Sure thing and if you change the status text on the Order Status page to "Money Order" it should show as that.
