Each of my products come in 5 different sizes. I would like to offer a discount on one of the sizes. is there a way I can do this?

We would need to better understand how your products are setup.
Are these product options where each product has an option to choose from one of the five sizes?
If so, are you using the ALT ID feature?

Yes each product has a drop down option for size.

As far as I know I am not using the ALT ID feature.

If you go into your product options for that product, you can change the price for each option. Entering a negative amount would reduce the price.
