Does anyone have a social media strategy that works well to promote your store?

If so, we'd be grateful to know any tips you might have.

Years ago we opened a Facebook account to publicize our store, and ran some paid ads there.

The paid Facebook ads drew lots of clicks but few sales.

So far, our best draw for store traffic has been plenty of help and FAQ pages on our site to address common user problems.
