Our Image Upload for customers is not working. The pop-up window comes up, but the button to upload a file doesn't work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Vince, on my dev test site, I do have the button text that seems to be missing on Kelley's site, but I too cannot upload.

I'm getting a js error in the console - on this line document.getElementById('uploaded'+(uploadedimages+index)).innerHTML='#10060; ' + resarr[index];
Uncaught TypeError: document.getElementById(...) is null

We are on the same server, so there is a chance this could be a server setting, but at this point, I'm not convinced of that.

There were some changes added to the incemail.asp a few days ago that I think will sort this out. Could you try getting a new version of that file and see if it helps, and if not please let me know.

Hi Vince, I sent an email on this, but I have discovered the issue is only when viewing an order in the client account, and not the thanks page, or order status page.

I'll check out the update to see if that fixes it.
