charged wrong amount in 2checkout

There's no problem if customer choose PayPal. Before the ECT software was updated, 2Checkout has ever charged wrong cost in overcharge or undercharged. BUt most of time it worked normally. This is the first time the problem has occurred in 2checkout after the software was updated. Jim
