Hi Folks,

I forgot how to recover my password.

Not sure how it changed but I need to get it back/reset.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi Michael,

Just go here and download the reset password file - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/troubleshooting.asp#asp8

Don't forget to delete the file from the server once you've reset the password
