I'm finding that when I add some products to the cart, hit 'Continue Shopping," and then go to checkout, the products disappear.

Hi Paul
I imagine this isn't a Hosted Store no? This is normally because of caching on the server. Could you ask your host if they have turned caching on and if so could they please turn it off?

Hi, Vince.

I contacted our hosting company and they reset the cache but I tried it again and when i add a product to the Cart, the cart still clears after checkout. As far as I know, I configured the admin interface correctly.

But it sounds like the cache may have already been set in the browser headers for that page. Can you try in a browser you haven't used yet?

Hi, check to be sure you are not moving between www. and non www versions of your url.
It could be you are going to the site without the www and in your admin main settings, you have the www as part of your store address.
This will cause the problem you describe.
If this is the problem, you need to set a directive in your web.config file (if you are .asp) or your htaccess file (if you are on .php). to force users on one or the other.

Thanks,
David
