I have set up a TrustPilot account. TrustPilot said to BCC emails to Trustpilot so they can send the customer emails so that customers can review my business. Can i somehow edit the email that goes out after customers place their orders to add this BCC field?
Hi Paul I'm a bit confused I have to say. Do you just want to change the emails customers get so that there is a link to your TrustPilot account? If so, you can do that in the ECT Admin -> Email Messages page.
