Hi

The "add to cart" and "add to list" buttons appear to have stopped working today on our website for some users.

There appear to be problems using Chrome and Edge on a laptop.

Also, on a mobile phone if you enter our website directly by typing the name into the browser it works OK, but if you google search and enter our website through the google link, then the problem occurs.

are you aware of anything that might have caused this issue?

to add further to this point....

I have updated our store to php version 7.7.8 and our php version is 8.3

As well as the add to store and add to list buttons not working, none of the other buttons appear to be working either - i.e. the login to account, email a friend, ask a question etc.....

Hi, most likely, you did not update the ectcart.js file, or it's not in the location the pages are expecting.
