About 2 0r 3 weeks back we started getting a high number of failed paypal payments - the site has been very robust and sconsistant for years (we did the update about 12 months or maybe a little less) and since then absolutely solid - in the last 30 orders about 15 have failed (previously we had no failures) so I posted on here asking if there were any changes on paypal or if others were having issues - a bit of an inconclusive answer so the customer has started talking to TakePayments who are a Global Payment company - sio I assume the global payment is the gateway https://www.takepayments.com/developer-support/shopping-carts/ but doesnt list ecommerce templates as a compatible platform - I have spoken with the technical team through one of their salesman and they are confident of compatibility so... awaiting the details to run both this and paypal alongside each other. (im still trying to retire lol when I try customers get intouch with "urgent" problems) another query - we seem to have lost the autoresponders with the smtp mail - so goin to change that over to a different smtp mailsend email address (hotmail) and see if that fixes it Hope your well and thanks for taking time to reply
